The home is also located close to a beautiful walking and bike trail. Aviary Recreation Center is located less than 5 minutes away by golf cart where you will find a family friendly swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, billiards, bocche ball, darts, shuffle board and more. If you prefer, an adult only pool (30 years or older) is available at Bradford Postal and Recreation Center, which is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly!
This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $150 cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, and all pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. For you and your canine companion’s enjoyment, there are several dog parks in The Villages.
